Patterns R Us

We are finishing up a unit of study on patterning where the students identified, created, and extended patterns, often using hand-held manipulatives to deepend their understanding.

Math games are an important part of each day in 6/7-L, with the goals of solidifying math skills and enhancing student enjoyment of the subject.

As part of the dance strand of the Ontario arts curriculum, the students, within small groups, are planning, choreographing, practicing and performing dances to selections of music chosen by each group.
