Saving Our Planet


As part of our science focus on biodiversity and our interaction with the natural world, the students have been looking at endangered animals.  With the help of information from the World Wildlife Fund (WWF), the students are creating an infographic that features an animal from the WWF's endangered species list.  The students have been introduced to specific digital tools and techniques for creating their infographic.

As part of the dance strand of the Ontario arts curriculum, the students, within small groups, are planning, choreographing, practicing and performing dances to selections of music chosen by each group.
